❋ Inner Work

One on one personal development, growth and healing where together we expand awareness and offer compassion to stuck aspects in one’s life— trauma, habits, shame and justifications that dampen the fullness of joy in your relationships- to yourself and with others. The work is framed with the understanding that our primary attachment is with Spirit, however that is understood, and returning to that easeful connection in our daily life is a primary therapeutic aim. As this work is more direct than most traditional therapies, prior therapy experience is ideal, however, with consult, exceptions are made. 50 minute sessions weekly or biweekly and then as needed to find, celebrate and anchor one’s truth. With witness, council and companioning, these sessions can bring soul answers into form.

❋ Spiritual Guidance

Sometimes we feel lost in our experience of the divine, however it is uniquely understood. Often when our life is not working out the way we think it should, doubt, confusion or feelings of victimization replace our natural unity with Spirit. We can feel distant and disconnected- in our prayer life, meditation or because of religious traumas- past or present. This work is appropriate for people taking spiritual growth steps, facing illness or death and want heartfelt counsel and companionship along the way. Spiritual guidance can be supportive for those who have had expansion experiences (with or without medicine) and are having trouble integrating the new state of being into daily life.

❋ Case Consultation

With over 25 years of clinical experience, in community mental health, private practice and in group settings, Liza is wealth of resource for clinicians of all experience levels. In this work you can review client material in a confidential setting, unpack transference and countertransference experiences, expand Listening and intuition and is especially helpful when there is a gap in client and practitioners understanding of Spirit. As Liza does not practice under State Licensure, she cannot provide formal supervision hours.

❋ Teaching

With experience and training in the mystical and therapeutic arts, Liza offers one on one training and small group sessions on clinical and relational topics. This can include inner work, Transference, tools for expanded Listening and focused seminars on a topic of interest.

Liza offers sessions online or in person from her West Sebastopol, California office. Her office located on Pomo territory currently tended by an elder earth steward and home to Sophia’s Garden, a biodynamic herb farm, nature sanctuary and healing arts center.
