F. Shen. She apprenticed with Liu Ming studying Daoist nutrition, the Chinese calendar (jié qì 節氣), seasonal diet therapy and Feng Shui.
Jasmine has developed curriculum and taught graduate level courses in Chinese medicine and nutrition at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ACTCM) in San Francisco, at the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences (ACCHS) in Oakland and Shi Liao (Chinese Medicine Nutrition) at Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC as well as courses in biomedicine and herbal formulas for students preparing for their licensing exams and continuing education for licensed practitioners.
